Logitech G522 ultimate headset microphone:

This is the G522, the newest gaming headset from the folks over at Logitech, and it aims to combine solid sound quality, an improved design, both visually and functionally, and a high quality microphone so your squadmates want to keep playing with you. And all of this for a price that does not make your ears or your wallet bleed. I had the chance to try these cans for a little bit before the launch. So, let’s see if Logitech actually delivered on its promises here.

The G522s are basically the successors to the G733s and are trying to position themselves as a sort of step-up option in the world of gaming headsets. They are definitely not on the cheap side, but they are also not as crazy expensive as some of the other options out there. And at first glance and on paper, they offer quite a lot for what I would consider a reasonable price for a quality headset. Design & RGB light:

The G522 Visual finesse is not be boring. Since it’s 2025 and RGB makes everything a whole lot better. You also get your individually controllable lighting zones. You can either control them directly within Windows or with Logitech’s GI Hub software, which you should definitely use with these since. It unlocks a ton of additional functionality, especially when it comes to audio and microphone tuning. But more on that later. They are quite light and the textured plastic wasn’t exactly love at first sight. I usually prefer things that are a bit heavier since they convey a bit more of a quality feel. But after using these for a couple of days, that situation has changed quite a bit for me since the low weight really helps with comfort. And these are really incredibly comfy. The big cushioned fabric pads fit around my ears perfectly with just the right amount of clamping force and I would not have or well had a problem. The weight of G522 is 290G. It is Seriously confortable and light weight headphone.

Connectivity and controlling this one in general is pretty straightforward. You get an onoff switch, which I really like, instead of these long press power buttons you can find on competing products. And in addition, you have your. volume wheel, Bluetooth connect button if you want to use these with your phone or a switch, for example, the mic mute button and your USBC for charging or wired operation. Logitech also made sure that all of these. Detachable Microphone:
